Dear Debbie,

This week, we’re focusing on the importance of embracing humility in our relationships and our walk with God. Humility is a powerful virtue that invites us to put aside pride and self-interest, allowing us to see others—and ourselves—through God’s eyes. It strengthens our relationships by fostering understanding, compassion, and a willingness to listen.

In our walk with God, humility reminds us of our need for Him. It’s about surrendering our own agendas and acknowledging that His wisdom is greater than ours. When we humble ourselves before God, we open the door for His grace to work in our lives, shaping us into who we are called to be.

This week, let’s practice humility in both our interactions with others and in our relationship with God. Be open to learning, listening, and serving, and watch how humility deepens your connections and strengthens your faith.

Here’s to a week of embracing humility, growing in grace, and allowing God’s presence to guide our hearts and actions. Together, let’s walk in the freedom and strength that humility brings.

"Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up."

- James 4:10

Humility isn't about thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less. When we humble ourselves, we make room for God to lift us up and work through us.
