Dear Debbie,

This week, we're exploring the paradox of finding strength in our weaknesses and embracing God's power in our lives. Often, we're taught to equate strength with self-reliance, but true strength can emerge from our moments of greatest vulnerability.

Our weaknesses are not obstacles; they are opportunities for God's power to shine through. When we acknowledge our limitations and surrender them to God, we open ourselves to His grace and strength. In these moments, we experience a profound truth: in our weakness, He is strong.

This paradox invites us to let go of the need to appear perfect. We can find peace in knowing that God's grace is sufficient and His power is perfected in our weaknesses.

This week, let’s embrace our vulnerabilities and rely on God’s strength. Reflect on the areas of your life where you feel weak, and invite God to work through those spaces. Trust that His power is transforming your weaknesses into strengths.

Reflecting and moving forward,

this week's freedom CHALLENGE

Reflect on a personal weakness or struggle you've faced.

Write a prayer asking God to work through your weakness and reveal His strength in your life. Surrender your weakness to Him, knowing that His grace is sufficient for you.

freedom FAITH

"But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me."

- 2 Corinthians 12:9

In our weakness, we find an opportunity for God's power to be revealed. Embrace your weaknesses as opportunities for God's grace and strength to shine through.

freedom SPEAKS

“Thank you for sharing a piece of your dad and mom with us. I have purchased many of your father's books for this season in my life, and I often drive through the countryside listening to his teachings. I don't idolize any person, but I wanted you to know that your warm, personable, and kind presentation is a direct extension of your dad, who we can no longer physically connect with. I appreciate you for sharing both your personal and professional life with us. Ten years is a long time that went by so fast. I remember that day like it was yesterday, sitting in disbelief. But it was a very powerful time in my life because I was just being introduced by the Spirit of God to the Kingdom of God. It was at the time of his death that the Spirit of God said, "He has the other part to what you need to know." Then a light bulb went on, and I said, "Yes! He talks about the Kingdom." Writing this has drawn some tears, but nevertheless - Thank you, Charisa!”
