Charisa Munroe-Wilborn is a global speaker, leadership trainer, and certified transformational trainer, coach and facilitator devoted to empowering high-achieving women to rediscover purpose, realign with faith, and rise into their next chapter. She helps individuals discover purpose, elevate leadership, and live empowered lives.
As the daughter of the late Drs. Myles & Ruth Munroe, she carries forward a powerful legacy of faith, vision, and leadership. She is CEO of Charisa Munroe, LLC and founder of The Purpose Finder Formula™, a framework that has guides people toward clarity, alignment, and impact.
With over a decade of experience training leaders, Charisa blends practical wisdom with deep inner work and spiritual insight to help people not just find purpose but live it.
